Timber Harvesting and Long-Term Planning

Alpine is dedicated to a disciplined, long-term investment in forest management. Every Alpine plan is prepared with future operations in mind. Each landscape is planned relating to it's specific terrain, geologic, stand and productivity characteristics. Alpine's staff of foresters review each plan for compliance with regulations. In most cases, Alpine plans an entire decade of timber harvest events, allowing the client to anticipate short-term log volume. This first decade plan then forms the template for Alpine to model the 100-year planning horizon for a long-term sustained yield solution.
